In this vital role, you will oversee the maintenance, repair, and operational integrity of our buildings and industrial equipment. Your leadership will ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment that supports our manufacturing and operational goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and management expertise to a fast-paced industrial setting, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Responsibilities Supervise daily maintenance activities across all facility systems, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Coordinate and oversee preventive maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to optimize equipment uptime. Lead troubleshooting efforts on complex industrial machinery, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and low/high voltage electrical systems. Manage maintenance projects from planning through execution, ensuring safety standards and quality benchmarks are met. Supervise a team of maintenance technicians; provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing workforce. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to high voltage and low voltage electrical work; conduct safety audits and risk assessments regularly. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory levels, and equipment history for continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to minimize downtime and support production schedules through effective facilities management. Experience Proven supervisory experience in a luxury condominium environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance tasks. Knowledge of HVAC systems, facilities management practices, and safety protocols related to electrical work. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Proficiency in English communication skills for effective reporting, documentation, and team collaboration.

Pay:

$85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
