Condominium Lead Maintenance Technician

```Duties```

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Inspect and test machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions and determine the best course of action for repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any maintenance needs or safety hazards.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment and systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts inventory. ```Skills```

• Mechanical Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components.

• Facilities Maintenance:

  Knowledge of general facilities maintenance practices, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.

• Electrical:

  Basic understanding of electrical systems and ability to perform minor electrical repairs.

• English:

  Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Supervising:

  Ability to supervise contractors or other maintenance personnel as needed.
