Field Operations Leader / Crew Leader Southside Outdoor Services LLC - Jacksonville, FL Southside Outdoor Services is a growing landscaping and lawn care company serving Jacksonville, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, and surrounding areas. We are looking for a dependable, motivated leader who wants more than just a job — someone who wants to grow into a long-term operational role as the company expands. This is not an entry-level labor position. We are looking for someone who can eventually help lead crews, manage routes, communicate professionally with customers, and take ownership in the field. What We're Looking For Reliable and accountable Strong work ethic and positive attitude Leadership mindset Able to work outdoors in Florida heat year-round Comfortable leading or training others Takes pride in quality work and professionalism Wants long-term growth opportunity Able to problem solve and make decisions in the field Good communication skills with customers and team members Valid driver's license Clean driving record preferred Experience in landscaping, lawn maintenance, irrigation, sod, drainage, or related work preferred Responsibilities Lead and assist crews on lawn and landscape projects Operate equipment safely and efficiently Manage daily routes and job completion Ensure jobs are completed to company standards Communicate with customers professionally on-site Assist with scheduling, organization, and operations as you grow into the role Help build systems and improve efficiency Types of Work We Perform Lawn maintenance Landscaping installations Sod installation Drainage solutions Mulching and cleanups Irrigation repairs Pressure washing Property maintenance Pay & Growth Opportunity $20 - $25/hour depending on experience and leadership ability Full-time position Overtime available Advancement opportunities as the company grows Opportunity to grow into a higher operational management role About Us Southside Outdoor Services is actively growing and building systems for long-term expansion.
