JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing supervision and coordination of activities related to maintaining all school and ancillary buildings in an acceptable manner, following District, state, and local requirements.
PREFERRED
Previous supervisory experience in running a cabinet crew. This position will include conducting employee evaluations and staff hiring recommendations. In addition, this position involves purchasing materials, maintaining a budget, scheduling projects, overseeing staff and must have knowledge of cabinet preparation and product application.
EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or Vocational Degree from an accredited institution Five years' experience in a supervisory role directly overseeing a team of skilled craftsperson or building maintenance personnel OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS
Valid and current Florida's Driver's License Must maintain a driving record that meets the standards of the District Safe Driver II Plan. Driver license must be maintained as a condition of continued employment All local and state licenses and certifications required for applicable trade
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
All hires must submit to and pass an initial drug test and subsequent random drug tests in accordance with the requirements of Florida Statute 112.0455 and the Pasco County Sheriff's Office. Click here for Job Description.
