Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for our New Port Richey area! Join our team for temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities, offering weekly pay.
Position Overview:
As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping Apartment Communities in excellent condition. You'll perform a variety of hands-on maintenance tasks, including: Make Readies / Apartment Turns Plumbing Electrical Drywall Painting Appliances Technician should be courteous to residents and provide realistic expectations for completed service requests/work orders Full knowledge of HVAC systems
Requirements:
Maintenance Experience in Residential, Apartments, Hotels or Private Homes Knowledge of ALL aspects of maintenance repair, drywall repair plumbing, electrical, and all appliance care HVAC Certified is "
REQUIRED
" for this position Must have personal hand tools and drill - bring to site daily; do not leave at property Must have reliable transportation Ability to communicate well High attention to detail Clear communication and ability to follow directions Positive attitude with a strong work ethic CAMT is a Plus!
