Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our facilities maintenance operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the maintenance team, ensuring the optimal functioning of manufacturing equipment, electrical systems, HVAC units, and facilities infrastructure. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, uphold safety standards, and manage maintenance projects that keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to maximize equipment uptime. Oversee electrical systems maintenance, including low voltage and high voltage electrical components, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting using tools such as ohmmeters. Manage mechanical systems repairs involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC units, and other industrial machinery to ensure reliable operation. Coordinate maintenance projects from planning through execution, including upgrades or installations of new equipment or infrastructure. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues related to electrical, mechanical, or structural components. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards related to electrical work, high voltage systems, and industrial maintenance practices. Qualifications Proven management experience leading maintenance teams within manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical expertise in low voltage and high voltage systems. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and troubleshooting electrical circuits. Familiarity with CMMS software for scheduling and tracking maintenance activities. Knowledge of HVAC systems, facilities management principles, and safety protocols in industrial settings. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple ongoing initiatives effectively. Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with teams and stakeholders clearly and efficiently. Supervising experience in industrial maintenance environments is highly preferred.
