Property Maintenance Supervisor 4 ACRE Orlando, FL Job Details Full-time From $25 an hour 4 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Asset management Staff supervision Outdoor work Team leadership Truck handling Driver's License Mentoring Leading team collaboration initiatives Managing facilities maintenance teams Commercial painting Teaching Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an independent, proactive, and highly skilled Property Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and execute the physical upkeep of our commercial property portfolio. Our portfolio is diverse, ranging from standard commercial spaces to premium, high-profile properties that require class A, hospitality-level standard of finish and visual appeal . We need a supervisor with the technical skills to deliver flawless, pristine results, and the professional judgment to know when a property requires premium-tier perfection versus standard, functional maintenance. In this role, you will work with high autonomy, executing skilled maintenance tasks while providing structured guidance and oversight to a junior maintenance technician.
Key Responsibilities Adaptive Quality Execution:
Deliver top-tier, pristine workmanship on premium properties, while maintaining high efficiency on standard commercial sites.
Situational Judgment:
Independently assess tasks and apply the appropriate level of detail and finish required for each specific property type without needing micro-management.
Hands-on Property Upkeep:
Perform professional-grade interior/exterior painting, commercial irrigation troubleshooting and repair, pressure washing, and general handyman repairs.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Act as the primary point of direction for a junior maintenance technician. Assign tasks, provide close oversight, teach high-quality repair techniques, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Asset Management:
Responsibly operate a company-provided service truck and manage/maintain a growing inventory of company tools.
Qualifications & Requirements Advanced Handyman Skillset:
Proven, high-level experience in property maintenance, commercial handyman services, or a related trade. Exceptional skills in painting and irrigation are highly preferred.
Strong Professional Judgment:
Ability to work autonomously and distinguish between standard property repairs and high-end, premium presentation standards.
Demonstrated Leadership:
Ability to effectively steer, guide, and supervise junior staff who require regular oversight. Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (required to operate the company truck).
Physical Capability:
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly and work comfortably outdoors. Trade certifications are a perk, but not required if your hands-on experience and portfolio of work speak for themselves.
Pay:
From $25.00 per hour
Benefits:
Paid time off
Work Location:
