This is a hands-on position responsible for helping keep our trucks, equipment, shop, and yard organized, maintained, and ready to support daily operations.
Responsibilities include:
Fueling company trucks and construction equipment. Performing routine preventive maintenance (greasing, fluid checks, filters, etc.) Completing minor mechanical and small engine repairs as needed. Keeping the shop clean, organized, and functional. Maintaining the company yard, including mowing and general upkeep. Coordinating equipment servicing and repairs when necessary. Picking up parts and supplies as needed. Helping ensure equipment is safe, clean, and job-ready.
Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work independently. Experience with construction equipment or fleet maintenance preferred. CDL preferred, but not required. Clean driving record required. Reliable, organized, and safety-conscious.
