Rolling up your sleeves and working alongside your crewyou lead from the front, not from behind a desk.

Managing preventive maintenance and seasonal projectsbecause in Florida, preparation is everything.

Tackling HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool systems, and all mechanical things with precision and care.

Staying ahead of humidity, heat, and coastal wearour environment is paradise, but it keeps you on your toes.

Coordinating with other departments and local vendors to ensure quick, high-quality repairs.

Managing inventory, budgets, and purchase orders like a pro.

Training and inspiring your crew to deliver top-notch, eco-conscious results every day.

Owning safety, compliance, and emergency readinessyoull know the plan before the storm hits. Youre Great Because Youve got 37 years of hands-on maintenance experience and at least 1 year leading a team.

Youre fluent in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, with experience in Floridas coastal conditions.

You hold EPA 608 and CPO certifications; you know your way around both HVAC systems and pool chemistry like a pro.

Youre a working managernot afraid to grab a wrench, climb a ladder, or solve a problem shoulder-to-shoulder with your team.

Youre organized, communicative, and calm under pressure (even when the power flickers and the rains coming sideways).You lead with integrity, motivate through action, and never lose sight of the guest experience.
