This position plays a key role in ensuring the community remains safe, clean, and well-maintained for residents, while assisting with staff supervision and contractor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of all HOA common areas, amenities, and facilities Assist in supervising maintenance and janitorial staff, as well as third-party contractors Coordinate schedules to support daily operations, resident activities, and special projects Monitor and inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met Respond to homeowner service requests and assist in resolving maintenance concerns Oversee and support operation of community systems (security, fire alarms, irrigation, etc.) Order supplies and maintain inventory for maintenance and janitorial operations Perform hands-on maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks Ensure compliance with HOA policies, safety standards, and applicable codes
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; relevant maintenance experience preferred Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience required Experience working in an HOA, condominium, or residential community preferred Strong communication and customer service skills for resident interaction Knowledge of general maintenance, building systems, and equipment
Valid Florida Driver's License Additional Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work both indoors and outdoors Availability for overtime, weekends, holidays, and emergency response as needed
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
