We're looking for a Service Manager to lead our service department, drive operational efficiency, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our high standards of quality and professionalism.
What You'll Do:
Manage daily service department operations, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery for tractors, mowers, compact construction, and agricultural equipment. Lead, coach, and develop service team members to reach performance goals. Oversee scheduling, workflow, and job prioritization to meet deadlines. Work closely with customers to address concerns, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships. Collaborate with sales and parts departments to ensure seamless support for customers. Monitor inventory levels for parts, tools, and supplies to avoid service delays. Implement process improvements to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of management or supervisory experience in the equipment, automotive, heavy machinery, or agricultural service industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proven experience in customer service and conflict resolution. Familiarity with service management systems, repair scheduling, and administrative processes. Sales or business development experience is a plus.
