Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Experience Multi Family Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in delivering exceptional living environments for residents. This role involves overseeing all facets of property maintenance, ensuring systems operate efficiently, and managing a team of skilled technicians. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, mechanical expertise, and a passion for maintaining high-quality residential communities. Responsibilities Supervise Maintenance team and daily maintenance operations including renovation and turn schedules within a multifamily property, ensuring timely completion of unit turns, scheduling, grounds, repairs and preventative maintenance. Lead and motivate maintenance staff by providing clear direction, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing team. Oversee the management of maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to optimize workflow and recordkeeping. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs involving HVAC systems, electrical work (including high voltage and low voltage), plumbing, and mechanical systems. Diagnose technical issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools; troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and industrial control systems as needed. Ensure compliance with safety standards related to electrical systems (including high voltage), mechanical equipment, and general facilities management. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inventory levels to ensure inventory , and work orders to support efficient operations and reporting. Experience Proven supervising experience in multifamily or industrial maintenance environments with a strong management background. Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting (including high voltage and low voltage), mechanical repairs, and schematics interpretation. Familiarity with CMMS platforms for work order management and facilities management processes.
CPO & EPA
certified for HVAC and Pool Systems Hands-on experience with industrial maintenance practices, including working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and low/high voltage electrical systems. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage projects from planning through execution while maintaining safety standards. Mechanical knowledge complemented by experience using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing. Excellent communication skills in English & Spanish helpful to coordinate effectively with team members, vendors, and residents.
