Job Description

In 2023, Callaghan Tire partnered with Best One, and is now part of a network that reaches throughout the country. Committed to quality and safety, we offer a full range of commercial tire services, including retreading, emergency road service, and fleet management.
Job Description:
Currently we have an opening for a Service Manager in our West Palm Beach location. Applicants should have supervisory experience. Knowledge of the commercial tire industry is preferred but not necessary. Training and education can be provided for an ideal candidate.
Duties include:
Assists in the day-to-day operation of his/her service center. Orients and trains department personnel Supervises and directs service technicians Implements prescribed policies and procedures in the service center Receives incoming service calls and dispatches service technicians to best fit customer needs Assures equipment and vehicles are properly maintained Monitors shop operations to assure safety and compliance with all safety practices and regulations May recommend pay changes, promotions, and disciplinary actions for service personnel. Maintains proper inventory of shop supplies Follows company procedures regarding estimates, work orders, and invoicing. Answers the phone when needed Participates in hands-on operations as needed (install and/or repair tires) Handles walk-in and phone customers Requirements include: Ability to work and move both inside the office and outside in work areas Team oriented attitude and action Ability to physically handle commercial tires High school diploma Excellent communication and leadership skills Ideal candidates have a record of courteous, professional interaction with both customers and co-workers Pride in work and company Join our team!
