Job Description

Our company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager responsible for leading and coordinating all maintenance activities within a manufacturing facility to ensure maximum equipment reliability, uptime, safety, and operational efficiency. This position requires extensive experience in machine tool and manufacturing equipment preventative maintenance, along with strong leadership skills to manage maintenance personnel, preventive maintenance programs, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Leadership and accountability for all maintenance requirements in the facility. Maintain and trouble shoot problems with related to facility mechanical equipment (Air Conditioners, Compressors) Maintain, per company preventative maintenance program and trouble shoot problems related to CNC machine tools, automation, and general manufacturing equipment. Manage outside maintenance contractors. Required Qualifications Minimum 5-10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience is a plus. Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems. General computer skills with the ability to document maintenance activities. Strong people communication and interaction skills.
