Job Description

Job Overview HF Home helps homeowners on 30A with the necessary maintenance, upkeep, and construction projects to keep their homes beautiful and increase the value. HF Home proactively helps our clients think through key decisions which protect the value of their home. We are not maintenance technicians that come in to solve/correct a singular problem. A Home Manager is like a guide that is available to make sure that we not only fix the problem but also evaluate and inform the customer of the cause and any future implications. The Home Manager is a homeowner's single point of contact for any maintenance and upkeep needs of their beach home. Job Responsibilities Perform annual maintenance and upkeep on the client's properties Self-perform various items on the client's properties (clean up, pressure washing, window washing, carpentry, door hardware repairs etc.) Supervise special projects, repairs, and renovations Manage subcontractors, supervise their work, and maintain sub relationships Gathering quotes and proposals for special projects Assist Territory Manager with preparing estimates and proposals for special projects Pricing for common/small repairs Completion of routine/special inspections Assist Contracts Manager with processing of inspection forms Maintain fruitful, warm, and long-term relationships with existing customers Regular client updates and communication Work with Territory Manager on extended length or long lead owner updates Input new job descriptions and customer contact info into maintenance software Scheduling of hourly employees Working with hourly employees to ensure they have properly submitted their time Approval and coding for vendor invoices and credit card receipts Review customer billings before final approval On call Expected Traits Organized Professional Neat Well spoken Good time management Good and consistent written communication Construction experience Willingness to grow and pursue new opportunities Statements of Success for Position 1. Client's feel as if they are being effectively and consistently communicated with. 2. Good fit clients are consistently retained. 3. Client's feel as if items are being proactively taken care of. 4. Administrative paperwork is processed in a timely and accurate manner. 5. Direct reports have a clear understanding of their role and responsibilities. 6. Confront and solve problems in a professional manner. 7. Readily available to respond to client's needs.
