Job Description:
Responsible for ensuring that manufacturing equipment is operating efficiently at or above target line speeds while minimizing line downtime and product reject. Identifies improvements to ensure standardization to reduce mean time between failure and mean time to repair. Filling Advanced operation of aseptic filling equipment including ointment fillers, gel fillers, solution/suspension fillers, line and equipment cleaning, line clearance, equipment disinfection, and documentation practices. Packaging Advanced operation of packaging equipment including manual case labeling, visual inspections, bunding, cartoning, labeling, banding, line and equipment cleaning, line clearances, serialization, and documentation practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintains production area to prevent cross-contamination (line clearance) Certified department trainer of operators and production technicians Ensures that manufacturing equipment operates at or above target line speeds while minimizing line downtime and product reject Maintain spare parts inventory, generate work orders Responsible for maintaining OEE (system entry and standards) Document all activities and operations correctly and on time in the batch record Performs advanced troubleshooting to prevent equipment downtime Assists with installation of new equipment. Part of FAT, SAT, and Validation teams (may require international travel) Lead shutdown maintenance team Creates, monitors, and performs preventive maintenance Performs line change overs of format sizes Meets and maintains all required training during the year (SOP, EHS, and HR) Support operational excellence and EHS initiatives Assume responsibility for the
GMP, ISO, EHS
awareness and compliance within the respective area Attend and participate in OpEx improvement initiatives such as reducing costs and OEE improvements All other duties, as assigned
Packaging:
Operates packaging line and serialization equipment
Filling:
Set up for CIP/SIP Operates ointment, gel, solutions, and suspension filling lines including RABS fillers Operates Continuous Particle Monitoring System (Filling)
Work Environment:
Warehouse.

Days & Hours:
Full Time position; 3rd shift (11:00pm to 7:30am); 40 hours per week. Complete work schedule will be discussed with applicant.
Pay:
$28.50 to $39.50 per hour; depends on experience.
Differentials:
2nd Shift ($0.85/hr), 3rd Shift ($1.10/hr), Core Differential ($1.10/hr),12 hour shift 6pm-6am ($1.10/hr). Benefits are offered. Drug Free Workplace Veterans Preference Equal Opportunity Employer
