Job Description

Seeking A Maintenance Technician / Groundskeeper for Manufactured Home Community Perform grounds and landscape maintenance. Use and maintain tools and equipment. Dedicate time to assure grounds are aesthetically pleasing Experienced Handyman Must be detail oriented The ability to complete assigned work orders. Perform all duties in accordance with established safety procedures. Maintain professionalism with co-workers and residents. The ability to tolerate the hot, humid working environment of a typical Florida day.
