Job Description
Maintenance Manager Summary:
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations.Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair cabinet production equipment, including CNC machines, saws, edge banders, sanders, and finishing equipment Manage and perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities Ensure all machinery operates efficiently to minimize downtime and production delays Support production teams by responding quickly to maintenance issues on the floor Schedule and perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment life Maintain proper operation of dust collection, air compression, and material handling systems Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and manufacturing standards Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and layout changes as needed Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed Keep basic maintenance records and reportsQualifications:
3+ Experience in maintenance or facility management. Previous experience in a manufacturing or woodworking environment a plus. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to manage priorities and work independently Rugged knowledge on electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills Strong computer skills, ability to create reports in Excel and Microsoft Word Physical dexterity, able to lift to 50 LBSBENEFITS
