Responsibilities Overseeing maintenance operations. Managing the maintenance team members. Implementing preventive maintenance programs. Ensuring compliance with company and industry safety standards. Assisting maintenance team with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues. Coordinating with production departments to ensure operations run smoothly. Leading continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities or industrial maintenance management. Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Proficiency with CMMS software. Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting expertise. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with HVAC systems and high/low voltage electrical systems is preferred.
