At Woodward Management Partners , we're looking for a Service Director who brings both expertise and energy to keep our communities running at peak performance.
What You'll Do:
As our Service Director, you'll be the backbone of our community operations. From overseeing maintenance teams to ensuring top-notch curb appeal, your leadership helps create the high-quality living experience our residents expect—and deserve.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Leading all maintenance operations while managing budgets effectively. Performing and overseeing repairs in both occupied and vacant apartments. Responding to maintenance requests within 24-48 hours (pending parts availability). Maintaining our community's appearance with daily inspections and preventative maintenance. Ensuring all safety protocols and compliance standards are met (OSHA, Fair Housing, ADA, etc.). Managing vendors and obtaining bids for capital projects and budget planning. Rotating on-call duty to provide emergency maintenance support when needed. What You Bring to the
Table:
A valid driver's license and dependable transportation. HVAC certification (required). CPO license. Physical ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs, plus handle tasks involving bending, climbing, and standing for long periods. Strong skills with both hand and power tools. A positive, professional, and solution-focused attitude.
