Responsibilities and Job Requirements:
"Own" your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service Complete resident and property service requests Experience with or desire to learn skills such as: HVAC, painting, plumbing, Pool maintenance, grounds Drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, etc. Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor EPA or CPO certification a plus!
