Oil Lube Manager

Duties Supervise daily operations of the oil lube department, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery Lead, train, and motivate technicians to perform oil changes, tire services, alignments, and other maintenance tasks with precision Maintain high standards of automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge to support service quality Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment to ensure safety and efficiency Manage customer interactions by providing excellent service, explaining repairs, and addressing concerns professionally Coordinate with parts and service departments to ensure availability of necessary supplies and equipment Enforce safety protocols, proper handling of heavy lifting tasks, and adherence to environmental regulations Requirements Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and mechanical work Demonstrated mechanic experience with hands-on knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, alignments, tire services, and general repairs Familiarity with automotive service processes and customer service best practices Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other automotive maintenance equipment safely Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of technicians or service staff Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform maintenance tasks requiring manual dexterity Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Sales aptitude to promote additional services and enhance customer satisfaction Join us as an Oil Lube Manager for Mako Bay where your expertise will fuel our success!
