Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facility, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our residents and staff.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and repair services. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance needs. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs. Train and supervise maintenance staff as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in maintenance or a related field is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management. Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to respond to emergencies and work flexible hours as needed.
