The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with expertise in managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage service operations, staff training, and inventory control while fostering a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Oversee daily front of house operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to enhance team performance Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize resources Utilize POS systems (Aloha POS) for cash handling. Maintain high standards of customer service and address any guest concerns promptly Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff Monitor food safety practices to ensure compliance with industry standards Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations Experience in casual dining environment is preferred Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Culinary experience or service management background is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Must be able to work from 9am to 5pm or from 5pm to 3am.
