Job Description
Platinum Property Management is looking for a property management associate to be a part of our team! Responsibilities Help coordinate tenant maintenance requests with property owners Help manage different maintenance aspects of our portfolio of single family homes Help coordinate vendor invoices and payments Maintain a positive, productive relationship with owners and tenants in all aspects of customer service Source and build relationships with prospective vendor clients to expand business opportunities Address tenants concerns or issues in a timely manner Help maintain electronic records of owners, tenants, income, expenses, maintenance, etc. Schedule and oversee contract vendors Skills 3-5 years in single family residential property management or a similar role Knowledge of Appfolio property management software or similar Basic accounting knowledge Understanding of property management specifically with single family homes In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding real estate and property management Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software Customer focus and bottom-line orientation Strong written and oral communication skills Organized with excellent time management skills Ability to multitask efficiently Customer service oriented Real Estate license a plus If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
