We're looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and motivated to help our customers while supporting daily shop operations. What You'll Be Doing:
Greeting and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner Managing customer information and ensuring service details are accurately recorded Coordinating with vendors for parts and pricing quotes Keeping customers informed throughout the service process Supporting daily operations and assisting with leadership responsibilities as needed Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area Following all safety protocols and company guidelines
What We're Looking For:
A positive, outgoing attitude with a customer-first mindset Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 30-40 lbs as needed Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right candidate!
