This role focuses on optimizing equipment reliability, facility functionality, and team performance to ensure zero-disruption manufacturing.
Strategic Leadership & Team ManagementDirect and mentor a team of technicians and supervisors to maximize department productivity.
Develop and execute a comprehensive maintenance strategy centered on asset reliability.
Establish and track KPIs to measure department effectiveness and efficiency.
Operational OversightManage all preventive and corrective maintenance for machinery, tools, and facilities.
Oversee asset inventory, including spare parts and critical supplies.
Identify and implement process improvements through equipment upgrades and cost-saving initiatives.
Maintain rigorous documentation of all repairs, activities, and equipment histories.
Financial & Vendor ManagementArchitect and manage the department budget, ensuring strategic resource allocation.
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality materials at optimal costs.
Safety & ComplianceEnforce strict adherence to safety regulations and internal company policies.
Ensure all maintenance activities support a safe, high-functioning work environment.

QualificationsEducation:
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.Experience:
6+ years in a maintenance or engineering leadership role, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing setting.Technical Skills:
Deep troubleshooting expertise and proficiency in Maintenance Management Software (CMMS). Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.Methodology:
Direct exposure to Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles.Financial Acumen:
Proven experience in budgeting and financial oversight.Soft Skills:
