Center Supervisor- Seminole Head Start

This position involves a variety of tasks in the management of facilities and operations of the Head Start / Early Head Start Center, such as: planning, coordinating, directing, and evaluating. Supervisory responsibilities include direct supervision of up to 50 employees depending on the size of the enrollment in the Child Development Centers. Individual carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the agency's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Bachelor degree preferred, preferably in administration and management or education. Experience working in administration or in a preschool environment is desired. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
