Position Summary The Landscape Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple landscape maintenance crews, ensuring quality service delivery, employee development, safety compliance, and client satisfaction. This role serves as the primary connection between field operations, customers, and company leadership. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management Manage multiple landscape maintenance crews and foremen. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Develop and execute schedules to maximize efficiency and productivity. Monitor labor, equipment, and material costs to maintain profitability. Coordinate enhancement opportunities and special projects. Client Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial property managers and clients. Conduct routine site walks and address customer concerns promptly. Ensure contract specifications are fulfilled consistently. Identify and present enhancement opportunities to clients. Team Leadership Recruit, hire, train, and develop field personnel. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching. Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment. Maintain accountability for attendance, productivity, and quality standards. Safety & Compliance Enforce company safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular safety meetings and jobsite inspections. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operated safely. Maintain compliance with company and industry regulations. Qualifications 3+ years of landscape maintenance management experience preferred. Strong leadership and team development skills. Experience managing commercial landscape accounts. Ability to read and understand maintenance contracts and property specifications. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile technology.
