Job Description

Position Title:
Maintenance Lead Pay Rate:
$39.54/

Hourly Full-Time (NIGHTS)
Physical Location:
Atlanta Container (Forest Park, GA)
The Job You Will Perform:
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Perform routine maintenance (e.g., lubrication, inspections, adjustments) and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems using appropriate tools, manuals, and schematics. Safely operate and monitor the facility boiler, ensuring steam pressure remains above 180 PSI. Accurately complete maintenance records and keep supervisors informed of equipment issues and progress. Work effectively with team members, vendors, and subcontractors to meet maintenance goals and support plant operations. Perform other tasks as assigned to support overall maintenance and production efficiency. Applicants must be willing to work alternate shifts, weekends, and daily overtime as required.
The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:
A high school diploma (or GED) is required. One to two years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is required. Experience in the corrugated or converting industry is preferred but not required.
