RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the service order process and manage the daily operations of the service team Consult customers to identify their vehicle repair and servicing needs, and deliver a great customer experience Generate accurate cost estimates and establish work orders Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians Communicate with customers regarding time expectations, updates, questions, etc. Manage the inventory process and order parts when necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience as a Service Manager required (Marine/Marina experience highly preferred; Automotive Service Manager experience also acceptable) Prior experience leading a team and/or managing a service department highly preferred Solid understanding of service operations, parts, tools, and equipment Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks Professional personal appearance and friendly personality to join the Port Royale Marina family and take your career to the next level!
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
