Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic facilities management team as a Maintenance Supervisor, where you will lead and oversee all aspects of industrial maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is vital in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our production facilities. You will coordinate maintenance activities, supervise technical staff, and implement proactive strategies to minimize downtime. Your expertise in electrical, mechanical, and industrial systems will drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance tasks across electrical, mechanical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), low voltage, and high voltage systems. Oversee the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Troubleshoot complex equipment issues by interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals; utilize tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical faults. Manage projects related to facilities upgrades, equipment installations, or repairs with effective project management skills. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for industrial maintenance and facilities management. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize manufacturing processes through effective maintenance strategies. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment histories, and safety inspections for audit purposes. Supervise the procurement of parts and supplies necessary for maintenance operations while managing budgets efficiently. Experience Proven supervisory experience in industrial maintenance or facilities management within a manufacturing setting. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience covering low voltage and high voltage systems. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting industrial automation systems. Experience working with CMMS software to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history. Knowledge of HVAC systems installation, repair, and maintenance is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to lead projects from planning through execution while managing multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and other departments seamlessly. Hands-on experience using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical circuits accurately.
