Description Maintenance Manager Healthy Pet is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations at our manufacturing facility in Jesup, GA. This pivotal role is designed for a leader who is passionate about ensuring equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Drive Equipment Reliability and Uptime
- Lead daily maintenance activities to support production targets and ensure smooth operations
- Implement and oversee Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to enhance equipment performance
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and develop effective solutions
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules, procedures, and documentation
- Collaborate closely with production teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions
- Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Manage maintenance budgets, resources, and spare parts inventory Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, TPM, and root cause analysis methodologies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to troubleshoot complex machinery and systems effectively
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments
