Job Description

Automotive Service Manager Competitive Compensation Package (Base + Performance Bonus) Automotive Service Management Experience Required CDK and Xtime Experience Preferred This is a very busy shop with quality and efficient Technicians and Seasoned Advisors If you're a top-performing Service Manager who is tired of capped potential, outdated ownership, or being under-resourced, this is your moment. An established and rapidly growing automotive group is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead operations at a high-volume import dealership in the South Atlanta market. This is not a maintenance role this is a growth opportunity role.
What You'll Do:
Lead all fixed operations within the service department Drive service revenue, profitability, and absorption Coach and develop Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention Establish efficient processes, workflows, and KPIs Partner with executive leadership to execute growth strategy during ownership transition
What We're Looking For:
Proven track record as a Service Manager in a dealership environment (import brand experience preferred) Strong leadership and team-building skills Expertise in fixed ops financials, including gross profit, labor efficiency, and expense control Experience in high-volume service operations Familiarity with OEM standards and compliance Track record of driving revenue, absorption, retention and CSI at a high level Ability to hold advisors accountable and elevate technician production Strong understanding of KPIs, ELR growth, workflow, and capacity management
