This role is ideal for a strong leader who takes pride in creating an exceptional resident experience, maintaining high property standards, and developing a successful maintenance team. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property maintenance operations including service requests, apartment turns, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, budgeting, and emergency response. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the onsite maintenance team Oversee completion of service requests in a timely and professional manner Ensure apartment homes are market-ready and completed to company standards Coordinate and perform preventive maintenance programs Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance issues Monitor inventory, supplies, and maintenance expenses Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies Assist in maintaining curb appeal and overall community appearance Qualifications Prior multifamily maintenance supervisory experience required Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general carpentry EPA Certification required HVAC Certification strongly preferred Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a maintenance team Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Must be able to participate in an on-call rotation Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Monthly renewal bonuses and on-call compensation opportunities Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities with a growing organization Schedule Full-time position with rotating on-call responsibilities.
