Performs preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and property standards. Supervises maintenance staff, coordinates vendors and contractors, manages work orders and inventory, conducts facility inspections, and responds to emergency maintenance issues. Collaborates with hotel departments to maintain a safe, efficient, and guest-focused environment. Duties Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities, guest rooms, and building systems. Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment. Respond promptly to guest service requests and maintenance work orders. Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety, functionality, and property standards. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services. Maintain maintenance records, inventory, and compliance with safety regulations. Support emergency repairs and ensure uninterrupted hotel operations.
