  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Long Term Care Maintenance Director to lead our facilities management team with energy and precision.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the maintenance, repair, and operational integrity of our facility. Your leadership will ensure that all systems—mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and low/high voltage—operate seamlessly to support continuous safety standards.

Paid Time Off, Vacation and Sick Time, Health Insurance, Dental, Vision Long & Short-Term Disability Duties Lead and manage the facilities maintenance team, providing clear direction and supervision to ensure high performance and safety compliance Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance plans Oversee the troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, low voltage, and high voltage systems using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools Manage projects related to facility upgrades, equipment installations, or system modifications with effective project management practices Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for electrical work, and facilities management Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, schematics updates, and system performance for survey readiness Experience in Life Safety Requirements Proven management experience leading facilities maintenance Strong mechanical knowledge In-depth understanding of HVAC systems operation, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance strategies Demonstrated supervisory skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster leadership within the department Knowledge of industrial safety standards related to electrical work, machinery operation, and facility operations Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and coordination across departments Ability to interpret schematics accurately using tools such as ohmmeters; familiarity with project management principles is a plus Join us to lead a dedicated facilities team committed to maintaining optimal operational environments.
