Maintenance Supervisor

Immediate Opening for an Experienced Maintenance Supervisor. 130 units in a Residential Community which provides residents with all the conveniences of a relaxing lifestyle, including a resort style swimming pool, BBQ area, Tennis Court and On-Site Management office. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years proven supervisory experience in the multi-family industry. Hands on experience required in HVAC, pool maintenance, electrical, plumbing, general maintenance, unit make-ready, time management, scheduling and customer service. Must be available for after hours and weekend on-call schedule on rotation. Responsibilities including but not limited to the following: Minimum of 5 years multi-family Apartment Maintenance experience Must be HVAC certified, EPA Certification for HVAC service calls Working knowledge of general property operations, HVAC, safety, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair essential 1 year experience working with natural gas Must be available for after hours and weekend on-call schedule (participate and coordinate with on-call rotations) Ability to plan and juggle a multi-task environment Train and lead maintenance team Must be able to walk the property, including stairs, on a regular and as-needed basis to perform duties and perform a variety of physical tasks Walk vacant units and ensure that all make-ready units are completed and on schedule Schedule and assist with daily operations and tracking of work orders Completion of preventive maintenance schedule and conducts apartment and property inspections Budget Monitor and Control Enforce and adhere to company policies, rules and regulations Must have own transportation, valid driver's license and have own hand tools and live within a 20 mile radius Any additional duties as assigned We are an Equal Opportunity Employer Drug-Free Workplace Excellent Benefits and Competitive Salary.
