  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities within our facilities.
This role requires a strong leader with a solid background in residential maintenance. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel within an hour radius of main location and will possess certifications in plumbing. electrical and HVAC, with hands-on experience with ensuring the optimal performance of all equipment and systems. Duties Work with and supervise other maintenance staff, providing guidance and support for daily operations. Coordinate with Property Managers to achieve timely service to residents. Manage the maintenance management system (RMMS) to track an update work orders. Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage), and other facility equipment. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency. Travel between locations Coordinate projects, ensuring timely completion while maintaining quality standards. Analyze schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues effectively. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed, parts used, and labor hours. Skills Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems (both high voltage and low voltage), mechanical systems, and industrial maintenance practices. Familiarity with project management principles to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing. Must have a good driving record.
