What You'll Do Supervise and coach maintenance technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance management
Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for all plant equipment and facilities
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime
Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and equipment documentation
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues
Recommend equipment upgrades, modifications, or process improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and safety programs
What You'll Need Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills in an industrial or recycling environment
Leadership and team management skills, including coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation
Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance
Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Experience with automated or computerized manufacturing equipment preferred
Must have a valid driver's license
Your Education Minimum of three (3) years of industrial maintenance experience OR a technical degree in a related field
