Responsibilities:
- Apartment turns, service requests and preventive maintenance
- Minor electrical, minor plumbing, hvac systems, general carpentry
- Ordering Supplies with approval
- Maintaining an organized shop
- Ownership of the physical condition and cleanliness of property
- Monitor Landscapers and other Vendors on property
- HVAC and CPO Certifications
- A strong work ethic and positive, energetic attitude is required We offer competitive pay, bonuses and the possibility of a sign on bonus for the ideal candidate.
