Who You Are You are at home on a fast moving dispatch floor where 100 open work orders is a normal Tuesday. You take pride in clean records and a paper trail that holds up to scrutiny. You love coordinating people and parts so a technician arrives ready and a guest never sees the work. You bring sound independent judgment when leadership is on call and the call is yours to make. What You Will Do Each Day Assign work orders, route technicians, and reshuffle priorities as the day unfolds. Keep Breezeway audit-ready, with tickets properly scoped, time-stamped, and closed with notes, photos, parts, and hours. Chase open tickets, surface stalled work, and escalate non-performance. Forecast parts needs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, and order within set thresholds. Review upcoming arrivals, expedite blockers, and issue the maintenance rental ready call.
