Gwinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is hiring an experienced Service Lane Manager Top Industry Pay Full Benefits Package Relocation Assistance Available for right Candidate Excellent Opportunity for Seasoned Advisor ready to take the next step to management We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who are optimistic, self-driven, have superb business skills who are motivated to take ownership of their department to lead it to excellence. In addition, candidate must: Help lead, train and motivate advisors daily Review all RO's for completion and accuracy daily Follow the Five Star process in the service drive Conduct one on ones with employee based on performance/metrics Interact with clients on service to be performed as well as follow up concerns Manage employee schedules and pay plans Provide and maintain a safe workplace and environment for employees and customers Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds preferred
