Job Description

Maintenance Superintendent, Thomaston, Georgia As a Maintenance Superintendent , you will lead the mill's maintenance function with a focus on safety, equipment reliability, and team leadership. You'll ensure strong safety practices, maintain reliable equipment performance, and support your team to run safe and efficient operations. Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Manage maintenance operations, including CMMS/EAM, parts inventory, and performance tracking. Lead, develop, and support the maintenance team, including hiring, training, communication, and performance management.
