Valdosta, GA 31602 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to lead our service department in Valdosta, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing service staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise the service team to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery. Coordinate daily service operations, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation. Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Monitor service performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. Train, mentor, and develop service staff to enhance skills and productivity. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall customer experience. Manage inventory and ordering of service parts and supplies as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role in a related industry.
