Shop Foreman

Langdale Quick Lane is hiring an experienced Shop Foreman! We are looking for a skilled, dependable, and motivated automotive professional to help lead our Quick Lane team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in the aftermarket, non-OEM quick lube or aftermarket service business who is ready to help train technicians, support daily operations, and keep the shop running efficiently. Job Responsibilities As Shop Foreman, you will help oversee daily shop operations and support the team to ensure quality service, efficient workflow, and excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting, coaching, and training technicians Helping diagnose vehicle concerns Monitoring repair work and shop workflow as needed Ensuring services and repairs are completed correctly and efficiently Supporting quality control before vehicles are returned to customers Helping maintain a clean, safe, and productive shop environment Communicating with service advisors and management Serving as a backup service advisor when needed Assisting customers with service updates, estimates, and service questions when filling in as advisor Helping improve technician productivity, training, and overall workflow Qualifications Ideal candidates should have: Previous automotive technician or quick lube experience Experience in the aftermarket, non-OEM quick lube or aftermarket service business preferred Shop Foreman, team lead, assistant manager, or leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of maintenance services, light repairs, inspections, and general automotive service Ability to train, coach, and support technicians Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment Valid driver's license Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Pay & Benefits Pay based on prior experience Competitive earning opportunity for the right candidate Full-time position Opportunity for growth Busy Quick Lane service operation Supportive management team Great work environment About Langdale Quick Lane Langdale Quick Lane is looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, leadership, and customer service.
