Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our facilities and industrial maintenance operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities across manufacturing and facilities environments. Your leadership will ensure optimal equipment performance, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional passionate about driving maintenance excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Duties Qualifications Proven management experience in facilities management or industrial maintenance environments with supervisory responsibilities. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience, including working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Familiarity with CMMS software for scheduling maintenance tasks and tracking asset history. Knowledge of HVAC systems, schematics interpretation, high voltage and low voltage electrical systems. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills in English to effectively lead teams and collaborate across departments. Hands-on experience with industrial maintenance practices within manufacturing settings.
