Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities management team. This energetic role involves overseeing the maintenance operations across our properties, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability of all building systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, mechanical expertise, and a proactive approach to maintaining our high standards of property excellence. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across multiple facilities to ensure optimal operation of electrical, mechanical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and industrial systems Manage maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and asset histories Lead troubleshooting efforts on complex systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and electrical circuits involving high and low voltage systems Oversee the repair and servicing of HVAC units, electrical panels, motors, pumps, and other mechanical equipment Supervise a team of technicians and contractors, guiding safety protocols, technical procedures, and project execution Ensure compliance with safety standards related to high voltage and low voltage electrical systems; conduct regular safety audits Plan and execute maintenance projects including upgrades or installations in manufacturing or facilities environments Skills Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams Hands-on electrical experience with high voltage (>600V) and low voltage systems; proficient with ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and industrial automation systems Experience using CMMS software for maintenance management; ability to generate reports and analyze data for continuous improvement Excellent leadership skills with a track record of supervising teams effectively Project management capabilities to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines Fluency in English; strong communication skills for clear documentation and team collaboration Join us as a Maintenance Supervisor if you're passionate about maintaining excellence in facilities management through proactive leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety.
