Aggregate Foreman

FS Inc. is looking for a hands-on Aggregate Crushing Foreman to lead our field crew and oversee the daily operations of our crushing and screening plants. Reporting to the Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring production targets are met, equipment is running at peak performance, and the crew is working safely and efficiently. You are the primary point of contact for daily workflow and onsite problem-solving.

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Assist the Aggregate Superintendent in directing day-to-day crushing and washing operations, including plant layout optimization.
• Assist the Aggregate Superintendent in maintaining accurate inventory records and optimize material output to meet demand.
• Monitor material flow and adjust plant settings to maximize efficiency and meet spec.
• Ensure all safety and compliance standards are being followed
• Troubleshoot or adjust plans to keep job ruining smooth and on time
• Enforce all company, MSHA , and OSHA regulations to ensure a zero-harm environment.

Candidate Qualifications/Skills:

• Ability to lead and supervise a crew

Construction Experience:

1 year (Preferred)

Aggregate Production:

3 years (Preferred)

• Minimum of 1-2years in a management role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; must be able to troubleshoot conveyor tracking, screen changes, and basic crusher maintenance.
• Deep knowledge of crushing/screening equipment and material specifications.
• Current MSHA certifications and OSHA 30-hour training are highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and contractors.
• Ability to give clear directions under pressure and relay technical issues to the Superintendent. FS, Inc. offers a highly competitive benefit package to include:

Paid Weekly Salary:

$60,000 - $100,000 per year based upon experience.
