Description:

Supervise maintenance, production, and warehouse employees on assigned shift Lead skilled trades teams including electricians, pipefitters, and mechanics Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets are achieved Support preventive maintenance programs and maintenance audits Assign work schedules and monitor team performance Troubleshoot complex equipment and support emergency repairs Optimize maintenance processes and improve operational efficiency Support health, safety, and environmental compliance initiatives Prepare operational reports and support data analysis activities Act as liaison between shop floor employees and management

Required Skills:

SAP experience Maintenance leadership and workflow management Preventive maintenance program experience Troubleshooting and technical support skills Strong communication and organizational abilities Safety and compliance knowledge Team leadership and performance management skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience in union manufacturing environments Engineering background preferred Experience leading skilled trades teams Strong maintenance safety culture experience

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred

NIT Pay:

$42.00 - $45.00 per hour
